- If you receive a defective item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product to initiate the return process.
Return Process:

- Provide your order number, a detailed explanation of the defect, and any supporting evidence (such as photos or videos) that clearly displays the defect.
- Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with instructions for returning the item.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted

Refund or Replacement:

If the defect is confirmed, we will offer you the choice of a replacement item (subject to availability) or a refund

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 10 business days after the confirmation of the defect.

Please note that the shipping fee is non-refundable. This includes the cost of shipping the item to you.
Non-Defective Items:
